This policy explains what we do with the personal details you give us through this website. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
This website is run by An Torran Limited, trading as An Torran Hideaway, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC801191). We are the data controller for the information described here. You can contact us at hello@antorranhideaway.co.uk.
What we collect
When you register your interest, we collect:
- your name
- your email address
- a record that you agreed to hear from us, and when
We don't collect anything else through the form, and we don't buy or receive your details from anyone else.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to email you about our opening dates and offers. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We won't use your details for anything else without asking you first.
Where it is stored
Your answers are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets, provided by Google. Google acts as our data processor and may store data outside the UK, under safeguards approved for UK data protection law.
We never sell your details or share them with anyone else for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you unsubscribe, or until we stop sending opening updates, whichever comes first. After that, we delete them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can:
- ask for a copy of the details we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete them
- withdraw your consent at any time, by using the unsubscribe link in any email or emailing us
- object to how we use your details

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't use cookies by default. If we add visitor analytics, we'll ask for your permission first with a banner, and the analytics will only run if you accept. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
